Spring Tasting: An Evening of Cheese, Tea, Bread & Linens
Celebrate the start of the spring season with a guided tasting from local producers featuring tea, cheese, and bread.
Alex Jones of Collective Creamery will offer four artisan cheeses crafted by women cheesemakers at Birchrun Hills Farm and Valley Milkhouse, some of which will be featured in the Spring Collective Creamery cheese subscription. Alexis Siemons, tea consultant of teaspoons & petals, will steep and pour spring-inspired teas, one to pair with each cheese. Alex Bois, the James Beard Award-nominated baker of Lost Bread Co., will share freshly baked breads and treats. Alex, Alexis, and Alex will guide us through the spring tasting, offering stories and details about these handcrafted foods along the way. Guests will be gifted their petite porcelain teacup at the end of the event.
