Alex Jones of Collective Creamery offered four artisan cheeses crafted by women cheesemakers at Birchrun Hills Farm and Milkhouse Cheese, that were featured in the Fall-Winter Collective Creamery cheese subscription. Alexis Siemons of Teaspoon and Petals steeped and shared four fall-inspired teas, one to pair with each cheese. Alex Bois, the James Beard Award-nominated baker of Lost Bread Co., shared freshly baked breads.
They guided us through the tasting, offering stories and details about these handcrafted foods along the way. Guests were gifted their petite porcelain tea cup at the end of the event.
